Refund policy

As a small ceramics business where all pieces are handmade with love and care in small batches, I am not able to accept returns for change of mind. 

Due to the nature of ceramics it's possible that a piece is damaged during shipping. In this case, please reach out to me via hello@gwylanstudio.com with photos of the damage and we will discuss the next steps!
